Orders

How are your products made? We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the nearest facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line here.

When will I get my order?

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays or any scheduled shop closures). Any planned closures will be clearly displayed on our homepage. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods.

UK Delivery Information

Delivery Options & Charges Delivery options and charges will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary by region, and actual delivery times depend on the performance and operational conditions of our external delivery partners, including Royal Mail 2nd Class, Tracked24 and Tracked48 services.

Restricted Delivery Locations We are currently unable to deliver to the following:

  • British Forces Post Offices (BFPO)
  • Northern Ireland
  • The Channel Islands (GY, JE)
  • Freight forwarding addresses

Orders placed to restricted locations may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Remote & Hard-to-Reach Areas Some regions may experience longer delivery times due to limited courier coverage. Estimated additional delivery times are:

  • Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles: +7 days
  • Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly: +2 days
  • Isle of Wight: +5 days

Certain remote locations may also be subject to additional courier surcharges due to parcel size or limited service availability. If a surcharge applies, or if delivery is not possible, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss available options. If delivery cannot proceed or you choose not to accept the surcharge, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

International Delivery

We now ship to selected international destinations! Rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your shipping rate and are collected by your local customs authority — we have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.

EU customers: UK goods are subject to EU import VAT. We are not currently registered for the EU IOSS scheme, which means VAT will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery rather than at checkout. Please factor this into your purchase decision.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or returned, we are unable to issue a refund for the order or original shipping costs. If the parcel is successfully returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (minus the original shipping fee).

Lost, Damaged & Undeliverable Parcels International shipments are sent untracked unless a tracked upgrade is selected at checkout. We are unable to investigate lost parcels for untracked international orders until 28 days after the estimated delivery date. For tracked orders, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging and we'll sort it out for you.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (at your cost) or issue a refund for the product cost only.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at misha.wai.art(at)gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery schedules may be affected by factors outside our control, including local service availability, routing, weather, or operational delays. Should any significant delay or issue arise, we will do our best to assist you and keep you informed.
