Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you would need to contact us here.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions on how to send your items back. You will then need to return the requested items to our warehouse within 14 days. Please do not return items without first requesting a return, as we cannot accept unsolicited parcels.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, or keeping proof of postage. We cannot process refunds for parcels lost in transit or received after the 14-day return period.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at here within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We accept return for most items, except:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Art Prints, stickers, postcards.
  • Books & zines.
  • Sealed items restricted for safety/hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., certain pens or art supplies if they come in sealed packaging)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Standard delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned, or if the return is due to an item being faulty, damaged, or sent in error. Express or upgraded delivery costs are not refundable.
